At REVIFA, we’ve spent more than 6 decades innovating and perfecting processes. From raw materials handling to on-time delivery to our customers, we have rigid quality controls in place for every step of our manufacturing, sales, production and delivery processes. We take great pride in what we do, and it shows in the quality of our bolts, screws and other automotive fastening systems.
There are 6 fundamental components to REVIFA’s manufacturing process:
1.) RAW MATERIALS
Managed by our 10,000 mq raw materials handling plant in Rolo, Italy. Each month we process 1200 tons of rolled steel using a unique coating process that not only results in a superior end-product, but also has zero emissions, eliminates hydrogen and phosphate embrittlement and simplifies analysis.
Our facility uses clean and modern production lines that are both quality and safety-focused. We use industry-leading technology and equipment, including 40X cold forming machines and 30X rolling machines.
3.) HEAT TREATMENT
REVIFA’s SIM heat treatment and coating plant in Fabbrico, Italy is a 5,000 mq production plant that is both consistent and progressive in its methods and quality. Production lines are clean, automated and fully computerized, permitting REVIFA engineers to develop cutting-edge, high-precision automotive fastening systems, as well as bolts, screws and special fasteners for other complex industries.
4.) SURFACE TREATMENT
REVIFA is ultimately dedicated to the success of our customers, and to this end we recently invested nearly 3 million Euro in a next generation Zinc and Zinc Nickel surface treatment machine. This improves our internal quality controls by reducing external suppliers while increasing production capacity.
5.) QUALITY CONTROL
We guarantee the quality of our products via two internal quality laboratories that perform stringent measurement control, chemical analyses, examination of corrosion resistance (salt spray test) and non-destructive tests to ensure mechanical characteristics of parts.
REVIFA expertly employs the latest IT, Full Automation and complete Bar Code management technologies in order to streamline processes, reduce costs and increase quality. Two automated packaging and palletising lines for boxes or KLT are linked to our fully automated warehouse for storage and delivery. This complex but extremely accurate system is entirely computer-based and fully automatic ensuring on time delivery to our highly valued customers.
